Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service, product was ordered on order reference NSKJQXDDD in the value of R615,00 on 5 April 2025 and item was not delivered within a reasonable time. Order was cancelled and full refund confirmed with Luba at Online parts. It is now mid June and no refund has been reflected on my account and every time there are new excuses.
