Excuse not to pay me back for stock they cant supply

Purchase a set of Ford Falcon discs on the 3rd of April 2024, they said they dont have stock. Now according to them they dont find it on the system, but i log into my accoumt its there with proof of payment with a reference JOHHHWTPA with their Reference given, 2 weeks now and excuse after excuse not to pay back my R3275
