Exchange nightmare

I am experiencing a problem with exchanging a car part I bought from online car parts. I have sent numerous requests for them to exchange the part but to no avail. I was first assisted by Aprinah and later by Francisco who between the two have not managed to assist me in exchanging the part. My car needs to be fixed.
