*****ed over twice for incorrect parts supp****

<p>we ordered a part for a friend that lives in Newcastle.. we got the part and couriered it down from jhb. Only to find out it's the wrong part.. our friend sent it back for us to get his money back. Only to be told that they can only exchange the part not refund.. the same story with my daughters avo where they supp**** the cam sensor where it was the wrong sensor as well. The company sits with both our sensors.. with no intent of refunding us. I now have to pay my friend back his R795 and my daughters R800., just imagine, R1600 just for trusting a company! </p>
