Dont you feel bad Taking Peoples Money with out a conscience

I bought a Turbo Charger from this so called online shop, Sihle the sales person, assisted me and sent me a wrong part, i asked to return it for a refund.its been over 4 weeks now am still waiting for my refund of R4200. i have made several calls asking for my money all i get is that Clara from accounts and working on my refund, i call Clara again, am told she waiting for Nadine to Process the refund, i dont know how else to recover my R4200. If you are going to buy any thing from onlinecarparts. please be aware of the risks involved. They are not what they seem to be, dealing with them is a huge risk
