Don't buy anything from them!!!!!

I placed an order (RBYCREVBO) for R1,202.50 on 12th December 2024. After being told the item was sold out, I requested a refund on 20th December. It's now been over a month, and despite calling and emailing, I still haven't received my refund. It seems like they don’t even have a proper accounts team to handle these issues. This company is clearly avoiding giving refunds, and it feels like a ****. I strongly warn people not to buy from them, as they are unlikely to return your money.
