Disgusting service!

This is the absolute worst service I have experienced in my whole life! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! We contacted them for a part and they said they had it in stock and it would be delivered within a week. We paid for it on 1 April and they actually **** as they never had the part in stock. We waited and waited for its arrival. Followed up and spoke to staff and managers and NO ONE ever calls back. NO ONE. Their Whatsapp line is terrible, they don't resolve any issue and they simply don't care. I am now dealing with accounts for a refund and I have still not received my money back. The guy I originally dealt with was Theo and he has since left his job! I spoke to the manager Francisca who said she was processing the refund two weeks ago. And now I am dealing with Nadine in accounts who promised to call me back but hasn't. No surprise. If you are reading this review, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else! I only added one star or this review would not post.
