Disappointing service

Disappointing service from this company, ordered 2x window mechanisms, received one correct part and one incorrect part. Returned the parts with driver and promised to deliver to correct parts the next day. I get call from the customer service agent saying the correct parts will be delivered on the 15/01/2024. I get another call on the 15/01/2024 saying the price is now double the amount listed on the website. According to the website the part is listed for R845 each and now they require me to pay R1895 each. Very disappointed, it’s not the first time ordering from them and wasn’t expecting this.
