Disappointing customer service

Extremely disappointed with the service received from Online CAR Parts . Item purchased 2 weeks ago have not been dispatched to me . I have made several calls and messages however there is no assistance from the sales team or anyone in higher authority. After placing the order I was advised that i will receive my items by 14/04/2025 however nothing has been delivered ; This is unacceptable and customers cannot be taken for a ride as we have customers of our own to supply. This is an extremely poor reflection of this business and absolutely poor customer service . Please contact Nisson World ***
