Delay in Refund

I purchased two items from Online Car Parts on the 1st July 2024. One item was delivered and the other was out of stock. I requested a refund for the second item and i have still not been refunded for this item. Its over 3 weeks and they keep making excuses and delaying my refund. Please can this be investigated.
