Comaplain

Poor service, they sent wrong or used part to me while i ordered a new one and they demand i return the part back to them in order to get my refund which i did and now they accuse me of having used the part or exchanged it while they are the one who sent a used part not ne as i ordered. its ow 2 and half month now, they are not taking my calls, emails or text. Poor service from Wongs, Exonerate, and their manager Pravesh, i wrote many emails and also their legal team but no response. don't buy from this guys unless it will end in tears.
