Carparts Online - WORST

One star is to much. The worst unprofessional service ever! Paid for order on 29 March 2025, I didnt buy the parts because I just wanted to buy something. This is my breakpads for a vehicle that I must drive everyday! After a week went by and I didnt receive my order, or received any feedback I phoned, and phoned and phoned- if you eventually get through its the one excuse after the other.. I WhatsApp numerous times as soon as I explain what my query is - no response!

Today is 15 May 2025 and still no delivery received or any feedback from Carparts Online!!!
