BUYER BE AWARE

I ordered a part from these guys and paid by EFT. I had to cancel the order the next due to the fact that I could not install the part myself. A lady, Tracy, agreed to cancel the order and refund me. The order was cancelled forthwith even before it was dispatched and confirmed by email but I am still waiting for the refund. I was lucky to get through by telephone twice- their 'phone is mostly not answered- and sent five reminders by email. Not one of them was acknowledged. I get the impression they are quite unwilling to refund me although the two ladies I spoke to, Tracy and Nadine (the boss' PA) assured me the matter will be attended to. Needless to say I will never again buy from these people. This is the only online shop I have has such an experience with although I make extensive use of these shops.
