Bush puller set

Bought bush puller set on 17/12/26. After 3 days trying to get in touch with emails witch they didnt respond to and how many calls later trying to find out why my order is still showing processing. They then told me it will arrive on the 22nd. Tried again on the 24th again after how many calls and mails to witch they never respond to. I was told over the phone that my order number does not exist. It is now the 16 January 2026 and i am still waiting on promises they made. I definitely dont think they deserve a star or any stars.
