Battle to Refund unavailable parts.

After payment was made for part offered on website and a week long delay, I was told in follow up calls, that part was not available. I asked for a refund as the part was immediately available at another supplier. After many promises and follow up calls i am still awaiting the refund some 2 weeks later. Customer care do not call back as promised and the method of operation is not acceptable.
