Bad, unprofessional service. Don't pay money back when in wrong

It looks like this place tells you they have the parts just send proof of payment and part will be delivered in 24hours. The parts did arrive but was wrong. I did not except delivery from their driver he immediately phoned Sheldon who I ordered from first he tried to convince me that is what was ordered but on WhatsApp I send a photo with part no. Suddenly he couldn't got that part and they would pay back the money I paid. Needless to say no payment just excuses on excuses. This happened on 22 April 2024 - today 2June 2024 Watch out for this company! Couldn't speak to manager because the excuse now is they're moving. Sheldon ignoring me now!
