Bad treatment

<p>I bought a Flywheel and Clutch Kit for a total amount of R10650.00 on the 18 November 2016 including delivery. The following day, the 19 Novemver, I realised that I do not need the Flywheel which was R6995.00 and called them with the intention of returning it under their terms and conditions which states that they will deduct 20% from the original purchase price. I called them on Monday, 21 November and they said they will have to sell it on my behalf in order to refund me. I alerted them to the terms and conditions which appear on their Invoice and it was only then that they indicated that they can still do that, meaning deducting a 20% and they claim that they wanted to sell it so that I can get a full refund, which according to me was not the reason. I then returned it on the 25 November hoping to get my refund minus 20% which comes to R5600 from the total amount of R6995. They talked to the owner who apparently refused because when they came back to me, they indicated that they cannot refund me but rather sell it on my behalf. I only agreed when the Salesperson persuaded me indicating that they have a lot of customers for it and I should call him the following day, Saturday 26. I did as he requested but was not answering my calls and my Whatsapp messages. I tried him the whole day, with little success, I could feel it that he was avoiding me. The following week I indicated to him that I will do everything in my power to expose them and get my money, to which he responded by saying 'COOL' which to meant that I should go on. He even said I should come back and fetch my Flywheel and I indicated to him that the Flywheel is not mine, its yours, mine is the money. As I sudden change of heart, I was surprised to receive a message asking for my banking details so that they can refund me R5600, the amount I have been expecting all along. This request for my banking details was made on the 30 November 2016 and the promise was that the money will be paid later that day.
