Bad services will not recommend

Bought a window mechanism online, and after 4 days of not hearing from them they informed me the part is damaged they can not send it and will refund me. It is now 4 weeks of promises and still have not received my money back. The last time I spoke they only pay refund on Saturdays, still nothing.
