BAD SERVICE - ONLINECARPARTS

This is the company with most probably the worst service in the country. DO NOT believe a word what they say on the background information on the phone whilst you wait for NOBODY to ever answer. They WILL NOT respond back to you via whatsapp or email.

For those of you living closely, I drove to their shop at 118 Rabie street, Fontainebleau, Randburg, 2032 across the Astron garage. The building looks terrible, but there are actually people inside. They tried to tell me a sloppy story about ***** on their FNB account and that istwas frozen and that they did not get the money I paid, although they admitted on my invoice that they did receive my payment.

They said that I must go to my bank to sort it out. I just refused and threatened them with legal action as it is not my problem if their accounts gets frozen. I refused to leave until I could speak to a manager. This never happened. Eventually one of the sales people informed me that their supplier does have stock and it will be delivered to me the next day. I told them that I would back if this does not happen. This morning a small miracle happened and the courier guy delivered my parts!!
