Bad service No Refund!!!!

I ordered parts that I needed urgently and paid on their payment portal. I was promised delivery in 2-3 working days. After 3 days I was asked for POP again which I provided. I checked after a week and was informed that they haven't received the parts on their end yet. At this point I requested to cancell the order and was told that a refund takes 21 days. I agreed and the request was submitted. 9 Days later I got a msg that the order was dispatched. I didn't accept delivery and returned to sender as I bought the spares from a local dealer. I informed Online Car Parts of this and they were surprised that the order was still sent to me. It has now been more than a month with no refund and they are ignoring me!!!
