Bad service

I did order last month and they took long send my parcel i decided to cancel it now its a struggle to get my money back they only respond on Monday that their account was frozen since 7 April as they cant refund anyone so I'm still waiting if they don't refund me i have to open a case against them or take them to consumer ombudsman
