BAD SERVICE

i have placed an online order on the 6th of March 2025, since then i haven't received any update regarding my order. i have tried calling but the phone does not go through, i have sent an email till now i haven't received a courtesy of a response. even on WhatsApp they keep making excuses whenever i enquire about the status of my order. they can't even provide me with a tracking number for my order. its 7 days now i haven't received my order nor an update about the whereabouts of the order.
