Bad service

I brought a side mirror for Aurise 2011, the guy got for me, but when it was fitted, we found that its not fitting well and it got a funny sound while i`m driving, sound like whistle. it was on 18 dec 2019, i complained to guy that was helping and he told to wait for the supplier to open on January 2020. Now his telling me that 7 working days, they can`t help me. i`m stucked with mirror that is not working
