Bad Service

On the morning of Wednesday 30th November 2024 I sent a WhatsApp to these people as requested by them with the part details. It's now Friday 1st November and I have had no feedback. I then sent a message today, 1st November, telling them not to worry and that their service sucks. The message I got back almost immediately; "I have been in hospital fighting for my life you have no right to say that". No apology or anything. STAY AWAY FROM ONLINE CAR PARTS. This is also not the first time I have had bad service from them. the last time I let it slide but I will absolutely never use them again.
