Bad service

I ordered spare parts on the 15th of April, they told me that delivery would be within a week which was not the case. I contacted them a month later on the 16th of May only to hear they couldn't find the parts and they will refund me. I sent them the proof of payment and confirmation letter from my account, to this day no refund was made, they told me that they would call me back I am still waiting. Don't order from this company.
