Bad customer service.

I ordered a part on 16/06/2025. and received quick response on payment and that processing has been started. I have since tried to follow up on my order as I have not received it yet. I have sent a message to the WhatsApp number with no response; I have sent an email with no response. I have phoned more than 10 times over the last few days and not getting anywhere. I am becoming very frustrated with this service.
