Bad bad service

I made a online purchase and made direct eft payment @ Online Carparts on the 5th last week the indicated that thy do have stock and that it would be next day delivery and acknowledged the order by email stating that thy are awaiting payment after numerous WhatsApp and email messages with pop the eventually responded by email on the 9th with confirmation that payment has been received .Now thy don't respond to emails or WhatsApp messages neither do thy answer any of there phone numbers
