Avoid online car parts at all costs mate!

Bunch of ****mers. Ordered a water tank over a month ago 28 May, the website only says payment received and processing in progress when the website even promises next day delivery in major cities and a max of 7 days. Try to get a hold of them through the website messaging, no response. Try calling, you’re just wasting your airtime because they will not answer you, or tell you their online department is busy, or make false promises. Try WhatsApp, no response or consideration of such frustration. I have no choice but request a refund and report to legal authorities. This business cannot continue ****ming people. And it’s a shame to Payflex too doing business with ****mers.
