Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. I placed an order on 1 June, the invoice was issued on 6 June (supposed to be delivered within three days). The order still appears as processing on their site. They don't respond to messages sent via WhatsApp or email, and when you attempt to contact them, they simply leave you waiting for 15 minutes. I AM GOING TO REPORT THE TRANSACTION TO NEDBANK AS *****, AS THIS IS WHAT IT APPEARS TO BE.
