Appalling service

Poor to non-existed service. Placed an order for a clutch kit on 19 June 2025 under order ref no. KIZKEJPXM with a hoping it would be smooth sailing. No communication whatsoever regarding the delivery from the courier company by the 24th, then made a follow up to Luba and Robyn who does not ***en exist. The only person responded was Tracy only to tell me that they are waiting for the delivery from the supplier. The funny part is that the part was advertised as on stock which was lie. Now the Tracy character has vanished in the thin air and does not respond to my messages. This is the worst service ever experienced. Heading to the ****** ****mers office tomorrow.
