After sending WhatsApp messages to one of the numbers that I am not blocked on, which I found online, they referred me to the number which blocked me telling me that they are the ones who processed my order. I asked for a refund or delivery of the product. They blue ticked me. They are unprofessional and are not giving me a refund or the product.
