Advertising parts in stock but isnt

Order parts online said 2-3 working days its been 7 days now and still waiting and if i apply for a refund and cancel the part i have to wait 15 -21 days for my money they are ******* and will never buy from them again I used to always buy parts from them and this isnt the first time i had a problem
