*******!!! absolutely shocking that you speak to your customers like this!!!!!!!

Extremely disgusted customer. The service at this vendor is absolutely shocking. We ordered lifters for our vehicle, just to find out a few days later that is was not the lifters that was giving errors on our vehicle. My husband immediately phone to arrange us to take back the parts and to receive our refund. The lady assisting has absolutely no people skills and spoke poorly to my husband. We are both pensioners and R3k to waste is a lot of money for us. The lifters are still sealed and we did notify the company within the accepted terms you are labelling yourself as ******* if I read all the reviews on Hello Peter.
