ABSOLULY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL **** NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ***

Absolutly the worst online store ever to deal with , I ordered a part on the 11th August 2025 today is the 20th August 2025 , I HAVE STILL NOT RECIEVED MY PART . When phoning NOBODY awnsers the phone you have to phne 10- 15 times to get through when you eventually get through NOBODY gives you an awnser . I have paid in full for the item , they have sent me an invoice FOR THE ITEM BUT STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE PART I HAVE ORDERED .

SO EVENTUALLY GO HOLD OF ROBYN AND TRACY AT THIS PATHETIC ESTABLISHMENT , ONLY TO HEAR IT "MIGHT BE DELIVERED TOMORROW "
I honestly dont know what more to do , payment reflects on thier side and is confirmed with them but it takes 6 work days to get delivered but when ordering they say 1-2 bussiness days if in JHB area .... they are in RANDBURG I am in MODDERFONTIEN .... IS THIS NOT JHB ????????????? THIS IS PATHETIC ...

!!!!!!!!!******** PLEASE BE AWRE OF THIS **** *********!!!!!!!!!!

SO 2 DAYS LATER AFTER MY PREVIOUS POST .. STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY PARTS THAT I HAVE PAID FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS AGO . PHONED TRACY MORE THEN 50 TIMES AND CALL GETS IGNORED , EVENTUALLY GOT HOLD OF SOMEONE ONLY TO HEAR IT WILL GET DISPATCHED TODAY ....
**** DO NOT SUPPORT THIS HORRIFIC ORGANIZATION**** ... THEY BRAG ABOUT EXPERIENCED STAFF AND SERVICE BUT I HAVE FAILED TO SEE ANY OF IT ..
