A month later and no part delivered

Worst encounter ever. I placed an online order on the 30 July 2025, and have not received my order. When I reached out to them via WhatsApp they asked for an order reference which I provided, and after that there was no response till today. I have tried calling, emailing, even sending WhatsApp messages and no luck. This excuse of a company is ****ming us.
