A lack of integrity!!
After payment on 4 Nov 2025, I called weekly for my delivery of 2 BMW parts. Everytime a different excuse or a promise of delivery within the week. It never happened. I was given the number of the owner (Francisca), but only received "You are not authorised to call this number" message. As we speak, I am calling to ask my money back. Will it be yet another promise or an actual refund??? Heavens know...

20 Jan 2026, 07:37I cancelled my order and was promised an email to confirm cancelation and a refund. Neither happened. I since sold my car and guess what? The parts arrived!! I informed the delivery company to returned the parts as it was cancelled.
An interesting point - I was contacted by ETV to enquire about my complaint againts O)nline Car Parts! hellopeter send their details. Hopefully this may add some public pressure on their dismal service delivery.
