12 days since ordering with no progress or feedback

I placed an order on 15/01/2026 and followed up on 20/01/2026. On the same day, I was informed that there is a backlog of orders and that customer service would try to process my order that day.

I followed up again on 21/01/2026, 22/01/2026, and 26/01/2026, but received no further updates. I also sent WhatsApp messages to both the Sales and Orders numbers. The Sales contact responded and provided Francisca’s contact details. I messaged Francisca on 26/01/2026 at 15:28.

As of today, 27/01/2026, the order status has not changed, and I have received no feedback. It's been 12 days since placing the order with no progress. Absolutely ridiculous.
