Uttertly Dissaponting Service!

<p>I used the net and through Looking4spares network dealt with (Online Car Parts) Hemispere One Business & Automotive.</p> <p>The Salesman Nkosi quoted and then sent me and Invoice for payment and as I had dealt with this network before and never experience any problems, I did the payment on the 10/06/2016.</p> <p>It is very apparant that they cannot supply the spares as per my requirement and quoted for and so a refund was promised. I have spent numerous frustrating phone calls and probably spoke to every employee including the store manager Clive and Sales Manager Osman, then Nadine from admin and everyone just gave me the run around almost like there was no consequence of concern. Not one of them have even returned a call as to date whilst I have on record at least over 20 phone calls.</p> <p>It is totally unprofessional and unbecoming of the ********* conduct that this company runs. It has gone an entire week and I have had no joy to date.</p> <p> I have become totally frustrated and this morning resorted to contacting Looking4spares whereby Suzette assured me that Lynne will look into it since this is their network partners and also the fact mentioned by Nadine that paperwork was submitted to the Bryanston offices for refund.</p> <p>The consumer should be made aware of unscrupolous companies that are in the market place. </p>
