Poor Customer Service & Order Delays

I have been waiting for my order since 22 November 2020. At the beginning of Feb 2021 she explained that the dress should arrive at the end of Feb or early March. I have been following up for 3 weeks and am getting no response on any of my emails. She deletes any and all negative comments on her facebook page in order to uphold her "image" and future customers cannot be warned.
