ONLINE AT LIEPIES - ****

I have cancelled my order with Liepies online on the 15th of June and requested a refund, I received a mail that the refunds are only made on a Friday, and they also requested my banking confirmation which I have forwarded today, its one month that has passed, I still not only didn’t receive the refund but my mails have not been responded to ever since that last email I had receive from them on the 15th. This company has gone MIA. Is this a **** or real?
