I have place a order in July 2021 , in august I didnt recieve my order so I requested a refund ! After I requested my refund the owner said she had a new supplier and that the order would take 15 days to be delivered, I gave her a second chance and told her to go ahead . We are nou in November 2021 and since then I have not recieved any updates on my orders . I have placed a really big order with this Company . I TRUSTED them and gave them a second chance , now I am really dissapointed and I do not Think I will ever get the refund I requested, Everytime I send a mail I get the same automated response . They do not assist in anyway possible , they do not send you an contact number or adress where you can go or call .

My personal opinion about this company is that it is ***** . They steel your money .

Is there anyway that someone can assist me to get my refund from this person company please ?
