Do not order from this company

Never have I ordered from a company with such poor service. I ordered items in April. At the time of ordering, shipment was expected within 55 days, which was later updated to 75 days.

In terms of your "updated" refund policy. I requested a refund. After numerous emails going backwards and forwards my refund was approved on 29 July. I was advised that payments are made on the 10th of each month.

Needles to say I not received my refund and have sent 6 follow up emails, to which I am not receiving ANY response.

There are no other means of contact except for email, which there is no response to. Their Facebook page is set up in such a way that you cannot leave reviews or comments.

Absolute disappointment. Companies like this should not be in business at all.
