Disappointing and very unhappy Client

I ordered a number of items from Liepies Online on the 14th of April 2021. Until today 23 August 2021 I havent received my parcel. I have tried many times to get feedback from *** I have correspondent with Zani Stockenstrom and Ona at admin. T&C says that it can take 30-55 days for the shipment to come. But this is really getting ridiculous!!!!!! Its almost summer and I havent even received my winter clothes yet?

I am very disappointed and I will never buy from this company again!!!!!!!
