Disappointed

I’ve ordered and paid for boot on the 7 June thinking this could be nice for winter. Well it’s almost summer and I haven’t received it yet. I’m so disappointed. I’ve send various emails. In the beginning they promised I would receive it still. Now my mail doesn’t even get answered.
