Inferior products

Bought a bathroom tap faucet from Onlime.co.za in November 2022. I was impressed with the product and in February ordered 2 more. The first one was solid metal. The last 2 were plastic Chinese knockoffs. They also trade under the name forrealdeals.co.za. Their so called 30 day refund policy is. Also a ****.
