Terrible performance and customer service IF this business is not a ****

I ordered an item on the 13th of December from Onlime, all I received from them was an order confirmation via email, informing me that a tracking number would be provided once the item is shipped and would take up to 15 business days for delivery. Over a month later I had received no further communication with a tracking number, they hadn't responded to any email requests for an update, and they weren't answering the phone. Their facebook page shows that other customers have experienced the same thing, as well as people asking why the negative comments are being deleted. I've requested a refund, which is yet to be actioned. At this point I'm convinced that the business is a ****.
