********* BUSINESS PRACTICE-CARELESS WITH PERSONAL INFORMATION
Negligence and lack of proper handling of client info and confidential policy details I would like to report Ongeza life in relation to the above matter stated on the subject line. I took out life cover for myself and my family members shortly after. I submitted details but our family members were not called directly for consent, advise and disclosures and other documentation required they don't even have their emails and contacts for ongoing communication . I and my sister keep getting their policy documents with all personal details with cover amounts ,direct marketing, Info on of policy top up upgrades and all of information no only for my policy, policy holders do not get any communication because they and their brokers did not follow process. everyone else our pol documents copies, cover amounts, potential cover if one upgrades are sent to wrong people because they didn't get consent, call, verify an get policy holders details directly yet paid commission to their brokers. This poses a risk for each one of us in case one decides to pay privately an additional lump some premium in his/her own confidence to increase their life cover amount, this means we will all have access to it and this has a major risk element.
