DON'T USE ONE TACH CONSTRUCTION & PROJECTS!

As my previous review of Dexter Patrick Msamba, they don't deserve any star at all, in fact they deserve minus 5 *****'s! I've discoverd more lies that Dexter told me. He claimed that he build a house in Suiderstrand (obviously another lie), Yesterday 26 July 2025 I've visited the owners of the house, and they confirmed my suspision, Dexter did NOT build the house, they've showed me a photo with the owner of the company that build the house, and it was defenitely not Dexter from One Tach. Dexter took R525K from me on 31 July 2024, this is my retirement money that One Tach refuse to pay me back!! They've keep on extended the starting date and now they just want to build to roof level, that's only the foundation, side panels (Nutech house), windows and doors. Does that really cost R525K, no I'm sure not!! PLEASE PEOPLE READ MY OTHER REVIEW AS WELL AND DO NOT USE ONE TACH CONSTRUCTION AT ALL. Dexter knew that I don't know anything about building a house, and he made use of the fact that I'm old and had the cash to pay him a deposit.
