ONESPARK IS A ****
I don't know if OneSpark is a fly by night company or some Mickey Mouse company, An amount was debited from my account, I lodged a complaint and was told that the funds will be paid back into my account. I made a follow up with Zanele and she confirmed that the payment has been made. I made another follow up yesterday and requested proof of payment, I was then told that Finance could not make the payment due to issues with my banking details, they called me once couldn't reach me and just left everything as is. It's funny how OneSpark had the correct banking details when they collected money from my account however when it's time for them to pay they don't have the correct banking details.
