Horrible services
My mother took out cover with this people and then decided against the policy, she then sent them an email to cancel her policy and refund the premium they have debited, they advised that they would cancel and someone will call her in 48 hours, no one has called, we keep sending emails to request an update on the payment of the premium which was dedicated no one responds....very very unprofessional
